RiChu's Compensation Plan is referred to as a unilevel.  You can be paid up to 45% of all the group volume on your front line.  This means if you are an Executive and have sponsored an Executive, you will receive $45.00 each month that your Executive is active with RiChu.  With 10 active Executives on your front line you would earn $450.00 each month.  There is no limit to how many people you choose to sponsor on your front line.

Plus, as an Executive you will earn 5% of all the volume on your second line, and 5% of all the volume on your third line and so on.  When you consider that 67% of all Americans are overweight, your potential customer base is unlimited.  Whether you choose to apply your marketing efforts face to face, or over the internet or through our Elementary Diet Party Plan, you can indeed earn a great deal of money.

  Pearl

To qualify you must have 5 personally sponsored active Distributors** or Executives*** plus have 5000 weekly Group Volume - You will then receive a Pearl Bonus of a shared 1% of the Company Bonus Volume, paid weekly.

 

Ruby

To qualify you must have 10 personally sponsored active Distributors** or Executives*** and 2 personally sponsored Pearls plus have 12,000 weekly Group Volume - You will then receive in addition to your Pearl Bonus, a Ruby Bonus of a Shared 2% of the Company Bonus Volume, paid weekly.

 

Diamond

To qualify you must have 15 personal personally sponsored active Distributors** or Executives*** and 2 personally sponsored Rubies plus have 25,000 weekly Group Volume - You will then receive in addition to your Pearl and Ruby Bonuses, a Diamond Bonus of a shared 3% of the Company Bonus Volume, paid weekly.

 

The Star Recognition Program

As an Executive, for every 5 personally sponsored Distributors or Executives that you have, you will receive a Star in your title.  In other words as an Executive with 5 personal sponsorships your title would be "1 Star Executive."  With 10 you would be a 2 Star Executive, with 25 you would be a 5 Star Executive, and so on.

For recognition purposes only, a five Star Executive who reaches the bonus pool levels would be known as a 5 Star Pearl or 5 Star Ruby or 5 Star Diamond, depending on their level achieved.

All "Star" Executives will be recognized on the company website so everyone can see your accomplishments.
